Top 10 All in one Printers
All in one Printers are printers with as many features as possible for things like small businesses and your own home. They tend to have scanners, photocopiers and even fax machines all in one machine which makes them extremely efficient to use, not to mention more affordable than buying everything separately. However, with so many machines on the market, it's important to have your options in all in one printers compared before you purchase so you can be sure that you are getting what you want.

Canon Pixma MG8120 - Editor's FavoriteOur favorite has gotten rave reviews from places like PC World for its ease of use and sleek design. It blends inkjet printer, scanner and photocopier into something that would be just as in place at home as it is in many small offices. However, the price tag is something to consider: at almost $300.00, it is not an investment to take lightly! But this printer is also easy to use, has great functions and tasks, and prints crisply and clearly. It's definitely one to take a look at if you have the money to spend.Canon PIXMA MG8120 Wireless Inkjet Photo All-In-One Printer (4504B002) |

HP Photosmart Premium Touchsmart WebThis is a mouthful! Although it has the typical features of any All-in-One printer (copier, inkjet printer, scanner), it also introduces something new; the ability to connect to the web and print things from there. However, there are still some kinks to work out with this system, like any innovation, so if you're going to buy this printer, be aware of the fact that it is still in the de-kinking stage. Still, it's pretty cool and its regular features are perfectly good.HP Photosmart Premium TouchSmart Web All-in-One Printer |

The Epson Workforce 610A beautiful multitask injet printer that focuses on giving as much as possible in a small space. It has color laser jet, printing (and manual two sided printing), copying, scanning and faxing and is fairly brisk in all its tasks. However, because the company concentrated on size, or lack thereof, this machine has a tiny print tray (100 sheets of paper) and it can be hard to clear things like paper jams. Still, for a professional style printer with less cost (between $150-$200) and less space, it's hard to beat this one.Epson WorkForce 610 Wireless Color Inkjet All-in-One Printer (C11CA50201) |

Epson Artisan 810 All In One PrinterTthe inkjet printer for photographers and artists. It prints beautiful photographs and is fast at it. It's also fairly easy to use. It also has a fax machine, on top of the copier/scanner/printer that all multitask printers have. Unfortunately, all the brilliant color means a lot of ink gets used-six ink cartridges to be precise and this will get costly very quickly. And this printer, while far from the most expensive one on the lot, is not one of the cheapest; it starts at $170 and goes up from there. But, with beautiful and fast printing and easy set-up, you may find it well worth the money.Epson Artisan 810 Wireless Touchscreen Color Inkjet All-in-One Printer (C11CA52201) |

HP Photosmart Premium Fax C309HP's attempt at making a color laser printer with as many functions as possible in as small a machine as possible and for the most part, they have succeeded. This inkjet printer combines color printing, faxing, copying, and scanning into one comparatively small machine. It has color print and color fax with good quality and even prints images onto CDs and DVDs. However, for all of HP's trying, this machine is still kind of bulky and its printing tray only holds up to 125 sheets which isn't enough if you are in a busy place. Still, if you want to work in color, this is a good printer for you and at less than $200.00, it's a fair price too. |

Brother All-in-OneThis series of printers (any of them really) deliver some of the best color laser printing at some of the lowest costs. This series of printers gives you beautiful color printing, as well as scanning, photocopying, printing and even faxing. These printers, even the latest ones like the MFC-7340 are very affordable at only about $129.99 for everything. However, it can be a little difficult to find printer cartridges and toners; you might have to hit the 'net to find the right stuff.Brother MFC-6890CDW Professional Series Color Inkjet All-in-One Printer/Copier/Scanner/Fax with Duplex Printing and Wireless Networking |

HP 4500 All-in-One Printeris geared more towards photo enthusiasts and home printers. It has beautiful color, wireless function and is affordable; you can find it for $130 if you know where to look. However, it does have an issue with ink bleeding on duplex pages at times and it's a bit pokey. For home printing though or a more leisurely home office, it's ideal, especially with the lower price tag.HP Officejet 4500 Wireless All-in-One (CN547A#B1H) |

Kodak ESP 7250is a decent all in one printer, minus the faxing capacity. It's main goal, like that of the original company of cameras, is to print lovely photos and it does this fairly well. However, it has no input tray for paper and it's a bit slow; both in printing and in just warming up. But it has low cost ink refills and is easy to set up to be wireless. It's a good printer, not a fantastic one, but a solid choice.Kodak ESP 7250 All-in-One Printer |

Epson Stylus NX515 All in one Printeris a good printer for photos and color; it has beautiful color printing and creates lovely photos. However, it has no paper input tray and unlike many all-in-one printers, it has no faxing capabilities. It's also an ink guzzler; the problem with beautiful colors is that they will cost you and there have been complaints about it gumming up and stopping printing and needing to be sent back. But it is compact and it is cheap at just about $110.00 and its wireless function is nearly perfect; easy to set up and link to the computer, unlike many other printers which can cause a real headache.Epson Stylus NX515 WiFi Color Inkjet All-in-One Printer (C11CA48231) |

LexMark Platinum Pro 905did all right in some of the company reviews, but when it came to consumer reviews, it fell a bit flat. The LexMark does win out in that it both small and easy to use, but has duel paper trays unlike many small printers which have none; it is fast and it is easy to set up. Unfortunately, many consumers grumbled that it didn't work all that well; either they had difficulty scanning (they came out crooked and LexMark has even admitted to this) or printing with jams and freeze-ups. It's up to you whether to believe these or not. LexMark Platinum Pro 905 does feature a huge warrenty at five years, so it could well be worth trying out!Platinum Pro905 Wireless All-in-One Printer w/Fax/Duplex Printing |
